Returns Policy: 

Returns policies are specific to each seller and can be found under the product listing information and also during checkout and before payment completion. There are no returns in cases where supplier does not provide a return policy, does not accept returns or returns of certain products; for example software, games, music and DVD's rarely returnable. Please review the seller ratings and return policies before completing your order.

• Defective units reported at time of receipt will either be replaced or refunded at the sellers discretion.
• Damaged during shipping: it is important that you do not accept damaged shipments that show obvious signs of shipping damage as this may void your ability to return or get a refund for the product.

Filing a Claim: before returning a product, you must follow these steps:

• Check your order and Seller Return policy to see if your product is eligible for return/replacement.

   be sure to include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER and detailed description of problem and reason for a return.
  
  note, you do not have to contact any of our sellers directly, once we have your return request; we will work the return process with the seller on your behalf. decisions by the sellers are final and cannot be appealed.
